Sidnie Selz

Hi there! My name is Sidnie. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate in the state of North Carolina. I graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors Degree in 2017 in Criminal Justice and a Masters Degree in 2021 in Social Work. Whether you need help with your concerns and challenges, or just need a listening ear, I’m here to help! My background consists of working with teenagers and adults in a variety of different settings. I have experience in outpatient services and residential services including working with incarcerated individuals. I like to incorporate a client-centered and strengths based approach, while most often utilizing modalities such as CBT, DBT and mindfulness-based approaches. The majority of my experience is working with clients struggling with Depression, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, and Adjustment Disorders. I look forward to working with you on your journey.
