Specialties: Individual Adults, Couples
You’re not “too much.” You’re not “too sensitive.” You don’t have to shrink yourself to be understood. If you’ve ever felt like the world wasn’t built with you in mind—whether because of your identity, your emotions, or the way your brain works—I see you. My work is centered on BIPOC, neurodivergent, and queer folks ages 18 and up, including individuals and couples, navigating trauma, deep emotions, and the challenge of being fully themselves in spaces that don’t always make room for them.
I work with adults and couples facing challenges such as trauma, attachment wounds, BPD, CPTSD, anxiety, and more. I view these struggles through a lens that considers your identity, culture, and experiences—because I believe mental health is not just about symptoms but the whole person navigating a complex world.
My approach integrates Brainspotting (BSP), DBT, and Polyvagal theory to help you regulate emotions, heal attachment wounds, and reconnect with your body. But more than just “fixing,” my therapy is about co-creating healing paths that honor your humanity and lived experiences.
I hold a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology (MSCP) from Chatham University in Pittsburgh, PA, and I am deeply committed to decolonizing therapy. This means unpacking harmful societal norms, embracing a holistic view of wellness, and providing a therapeutic space that challenges the traditional medical model that too often labels and limits you.
