Let me tell you, there’s this saying many of our parents or grandparents used to say: 'Just look toward the light at the end of the tunnel. Everything will be alright.' But let’s be real—what happens when that tunnel feels endless? When the road twists, and we can’t even see the end? Or when the darkness is so heavy that we’re just focused on not stumbling, let alone looking for some distant light? If that’s how you’re feeling right now, I see you. Life can get overwhelming—depression, stress, hopelessness, feeling like you’re stuck with no way out. But what if I told you that the light at the end isn’t the only light that matters?
I’m here to hold a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to speak, to feel, and to heal. Together, we’ll use various evidence-based treatment modalities to uncover that light—whether it’s around you or within you. I specialize in supporting women through self-esteem struggles, life transitions, relationships, body dysmorphia, depression, and anxiety.
You have completed one of the hardest tasks to accomplish. You have taken the step of acknowledging the need for assistance and seeking out someone who is able to help! Walking along this journey by your side is my commitment to you. Making the decision to take your power back and find that light is your commitment to yourself. Are you ready to walk with me?
